Our Aqua Play is an inflatable obstacle course on the water.
A Wake Park pulls guests who want to kneeboard, wakeboard, water ski, wake skate or tube back and forth on our lake by a high-tech pulley system instead of a boat. Advanced riders can utilize the ramps and rails on the sides of the lake to try new tricks.
NOT AT ALL! We have awesome trained cable operators that offer a “get up guarantee”.

No. Anything that could possibly puncture the inflatables are prohibited.
Yes. Waivers are required before sessions are purchased.
If you are under the age of 18, you will need to have your parent/legal guardian fill out a waiver on your behalf online or in person.
Yes, we require this for your own safety.
We highly recommend making reservations, especially during peak Summer season, but it is not required. You can walk right up to the park and purchase your sesh.
Everyone is required to first sign a liability waiver. All park goers need to complete a new waiver form each season, but once we have your waiver on file, you may come as often as you wish during that season without completing the waiver form again. If you are under 18, you must come with your parent/legal guardian to fill out the waiver.
Yes. We provide Coast Guard Approved life vests.
You can bring your own gear and life vest ONLY for the Wake Park. You must use our life vests for the Aqua Play.
There is no charge to enter the retail and dining amenities at OWA.
Yes, parking is free at OWA.
Yes, for parties of 10 or more. Aqua Play group reservations must be made in advance. Please call for information on exclusive rentals for birthday parties and events.
Yes, we offer lockers that are on a first come-first serve basis.
Yes, during inclement weather.
Yes, Downtown OWA is a pet friendly property. Animals are not allowed in the water whatsoever.
